Reporting to the Vice President, Philanthropy Growth & Pipeline Management, the Senior Director, Philanthropy Data & Systems serves as a key member of the Philanthropy leadership team and provides strategic direction for philanthropy systems, CRM strategy, data governance, analytics enablement, business solutions, operational effectiveness, and training across the enterprise. Working closely with Enterprise Technology Group (ETG), the Senior Director will drive system innovation, operational excellence, governance, user adoption, and long-term roadmap planning that supports City of Hope's expanding national fundraising strategy.
