Proof of health requirements before the first shift: negative TB test (TST or IGRA), immunity to MMR and varicella, Tdap, annual flu vaccine, the Hepatitis B series with surface antibody titer, and bloodborne pathogen training. Perform patient phlebotomy, including inpatient ward rounds, outpatient draws, Urgent Care/ED, STAT, ASAP, and timed draws.
