Accountant independently manages complex accounting and financial reporting for the Real Estate Development and Asset Management portfolio, ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable information for operating properties, development projects, affiliated entities, and related investments. Employee will be expected to participate in ongoing professional development related to: Real Estate Development, Asset Management, Affordable Housing financing Programs, Financial Reporting, GAAP, Internal Controls, Regulatory Compliance, Technology and Systems Improvements.
