This licensed, professional position is responsible for physical therapy evaluation and assessment, treatment planning and implementation, education and coaching, and graduation (discharge) planning for patients in accordance with established clinical policies while maintaining the highest degree of quality care. Demonstrates competency in providing quality physical therapy services to a wide variety of patients including evaluation, intervention, education, treatment planning and implementation, graduation (discharge) planning, related documentation, and communication.
