Proficiency in ventilator management, IV starts, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, blood product administration, central line care, continuous IV sedation, CVA/acute stroke management, external ventricular drains (EVD), ICP monitoring, post-neurosurgery management, isolation precautions/PPE use, and lumbar drain experience. Work in a comprehensive stroke center with a diverse neuro patient population including ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, craniotomies, aneurysm coiling/clipping, and post-neurosurgery patients.
