Your responsibilities will include: Delivering therapeutic exercises and functional training to help patients regain independence and mobility Applying physical therapy techniques and modalities to reduce pain and restore function Monitoring patient progress and documenting responses to ensure safe, effective care Teaching patients and families how to use assistive devices and follow home exercise programs Working closely with PTs, nurses, aides, and the care team to enhance the patient experience and support a culture of excellence What qualifications you will need: Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date(LPTA) Licensed Physical Therapist AssistantAssociate Degree No Travel Required Benefits Grand Strand Medical Center, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
