Responsibilities*Diagnose and treat pelvic floor disorders such as urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and fecal incontinence.*Refer diagnosed urogynecologic surgical procedures to practice Urogynecologists *Develop and implement treatment plans that may include medication, physical therapy, and lifestyle modifications.*Educate patients about their conditions and treatment options.*Collaborate with other healthcare providers and multidisciplinary teams, including primary care physicians, physical therapists, Urogynecologists, and other specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.*Stay updated on the latest advancements in urogynecology.*Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.*Participate in practice call coverage as required.*Order radiologic imaging or labs as indicated.*Document all patient interactions accurately and timely in the electronic health record (EHR) inclusive of direct patient encounters and asynchronous care. Requirements*Completion of accredited NP or PA-C program*Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment*Must maintain active ARNP or PA-C licensure throughout employment*DEA, NPI & Prescriptive authority*Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.*Strong diagnostic and procedural skills with a compassionate approach to patient care and a commitment to innovation and excellence in women's health.*Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate and work with physicians, nursing staff, medical assistants and front office staff.*Experience in Urogynecology preferred.
