The Physical Therapist for Northside Hospital's Choice+ Program develops and administers physical therapy programs and treatments for inpatients and outpatients of age groups defined by clinical competency, which may include neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. Directs and assists patients in various types of therapeutic interventions including but not limited to: therapeutic modalities, neuromuscular education, transfer techniques, gait training, and exercises, and applies diagnostic and prognostic muscle, nerve, joint, and functional ability tests.
