Your responsibilities will include: Preparing procedure rooms and endoscopy equipment, verifying equipment is in proper working order, and keeping supplies organized and stocked Helping position and transport patients safely and comfortably while using proper body mechanics to protect both patients and yourself Supporting physicians and nurses during procedures, including handling instruments, collecting specimens, and following proper safety practices Cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing endoscopy equipment, and keeping accurate records for quality and safety Communicating with kindness and compassion to patients and families, keeping them informed, and supporting their privacy and comfort throughout their care What qualifications you will need: Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Surgical Technology Program graduate (preferred) 2-3 years of Endo Tech/OR Tech experience (preferred) Benefits Parham Doctors' Hospital, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
