Henry Ford Providence Southfield is an accredited teaching institution; ICU is privileged to work with a multidisciplinary team and incorporate all specialties into our daily care, including Intensivists, Nurse Practitioners, Critical Care Fellows, Residents, Social Workers, Case Managers, Dietitians, Speech Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Occupational Therapists. A 24-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU) responsible for neurosurgical, neurotrauma and medical surgical patients with required proficiency in hemodynamic monitoring, recognition and treatment of acute patient deterioration, varied postoperative management.
