Working with Sales, Order Management, Finance, Scheduling, Planning, Production, Materials, and Shipping, this role verifies that required order documentation and ERP transactions are complete, resolves or escalates exceptions, and helps prevent delays to shipment and billing. Additional Qualification: Ability to review ERP order and job status, identify missing or inaccurate transactions, and follow issues through resolution with Production, Materials, Shipping, and Finance.
