The ideal candidate has at least three years of progressive property management experience and hands-on knowledge of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), HUD programs, Public Housing, Fair Housing, affordable housing compliance, and income-restricted housing. This position will lead administrative and maintenance team members while maintaining strong performance in occupancy, rent collections, resident retention, compliance, recertifications, property inspections, maintenance operations, budgeting, and financial management.
