Lead the Patient Flow Specialist team, including oversight of their day-to-day activity and decisions, recruitment and retention, professional development, training, ongoing education, performance monitoring and feedback, and quality improvement. Establish and maintain effective communication channels with hospital departments, external facilities, and community partners to facilitate timely patient placements and transfers.
