Pick, gift wrap, fulfill, and process retail orders• Fulfill and process wholesale orders• Communicate supply, product and order needs with Supervisor/Manager• Assist in receiving of retail product from vendors• Accurately count monthly inventory with team• Work with team to clean, organize, stock and rotate product, and maintain warehouse• Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, POS software, and ship management software daily• Use company machinery (i.e. fork lift, pallet jack, and van) regularlyMust comply with all company policies and procedures. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE• High school diploma or equivalent• Retail shipping experience is preferredLANGUAGE SKILLS• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills• Must be able to effectively communicate with guests, team members, and managersMATHEMATICAL SKILLS• Basic knowledge and understanding of mathREASONING ABILITY• Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goalsPHYSICAL DEMANDS• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.• Must be able to sit or stand for a long periodWORK ENVIRONMENT• Retail gift shop/ Storage Areas.
