High-Complexity Diagnoses: Deliver specialized care for acute multi-organ failure, solid organ transplants (liver, kidney, intestine), bone marrow transplants, oncology CAR-T cell therapy complications, severe sepsis, neuro-trauma, status epilepticus, and severe DKA. As a supervisor, you will partner closely with Medical Directors, APP Leadership, Nursing Leadership, and Division Administration to ensure clinical excellence, optimize 24/7 staffing models, mentor APP staff, and drive continuous quality improvement across the critical care service.
