You will plan and direct all functions of the resident care clinical area, including but not limited to, management of team members and the day-to-day operations of the practice, managing resident healthcare needs in compliance with federal and state regulations, maintaining knowledge of the long-term care industry and geriatrics through continuing education, and serving as clinical preceptor for Nurse Practitioner students.
