The scope of practice currently includes all aspects of Adult Cardiac Surgery, On and Off-Pump CABG, Mitral Repair, an active TAVR program, arrhythmia surgery, as well as endovascular and open aortic surgery including dissection repair. As one of our anchor services, we are looking to bring on a fifth Cardiothoracic Surgeon to help us grow our Integrated Cardiovascular Service Line and further strengthen our growing Quaternary care program.
ul>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nursing staff, and allied health professionals, such as cardiology, electrophysiology, and cardiothoracic surgery teams, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans; participate in case reviews, care planning meetings, and other collaborative decision-making. Current certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA American Heart Association, CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) – ARC American Red Cross, each certification within 120 days of hire.
