Requirements: Experience in landscape construction or related construction fieldsProven experience supervising field crews and construction activitiesStrong working knowledge of landscape construction practices including grading, irrigation, hardscape, drainage, and plantingAbility to read and interpret construction plans, schedules, and specificationsExperience managing job site safety, quality control, and productionStrong organizational and time‑management skillsEffective communication and problem‑solving abilitiesValid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required. The Project Superintendent works closely with project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and field crews to coordinate daily activities, manage resources, and resolve issues in real time.
