This outpatient primary care role provides continuing, comprehensive care for individuals and families across all ages, sexes, genders, organ systems and disease entities, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and appropriate basic surgical care. Minimum of 40 hours per week , with 36 hours of direct patient contact and the remainder for administrative patient care tasks (chart notes, phone calls, medication refills, test results).
