The District Medical Director works in collaboration and reports to the Territory Medical Director and directly oversees medical and clinical activities for Cano Health within their assigned district.
Conduct monthly meetings to review physician scorecards and KPIs as it relates to ED/admissions, referral management, HEDIS gaps, patient visits, patient satisfaction surveys, new enrollments, and create individualized improvement plans.
