Our Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model offers many benefits to both providers and their patients: Enhanced Relationships: Patient panels are limited to 800-1000 patients, and patient-centered medicine in a capitated-fee environment allows providers to have individual patient visits without time restrictions. The role also includes administering vaccines and occupational health-related labs, performing drug and alcohol testing (including urine, hair, saliva, and breath alcohol testing), vision screening, tuberculosis (TB) testing, lift testing, hearing conservation programs, pulmonary function testing, and respirator fit testing.
