Well trained, board certified Doc with Good bedside manner who doesn't want to be on call or in hospital but prefers office care,
Spanish fluency would help, but not required!
30 patients per day is about 220k base plus benefits which are worth about 15% at least.
More than 30 patients per day will earn more, Delivering babies is optional, your choice.
