Premier Bone & Joint Centers is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to join our growing multidisciplinary musculoskeletal team in Laramie, Wyoming. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated physician who wants to build a strong rehabilitation and interventional pain practice within a well-established orthopedic group while enjoying the lifestyle benefits of a vibrant mountain community.<h3>Position Overview</h3>The PM&R physician will play a key role in the evaluation, treatment, and long-term management of patients with musculoskeletal and spine-related conditions. Working alongside orthopedic surgeons, advanced practice providers, and rehabilitation specialists, the physician will help develop comprehensive non-operative treatment pathways and interventional pain management services.<h3>Compensation & Structure</h3><ul><li>Starting salary: Up to $450,000</li><li>50% of net profits after covering practice expenses</li><li>No partnership track - employed position with long-term income potential through productivity</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package (details provided during interview process)</li></ul><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal, spine, and neurological conditions</li><li>Provide non-operative spine care and rehabilitation management</li><li>Perform interventional pain procedures such as spinal injections, nerve blocks, and related treatments (based on training and comfort level)</li><li>Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons to optimize pre-operative and post-operative rehabilitation</li><li>Develop individualized rehabilitation and pain management treatment plans</li><li>Work closely with physical therapists and care teams to maximize patient outcomes</li><li>Maintain accurate medical documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation</li><li>Fellowship training in Interventional Spine or Pain Management preferred but not required</li><li>Eligible for Wyoming medical licensure</li><li>Strong interest in musculoskeletal medicine, spine care, and collaborative orthopedic practice</li></ul><h3>Practice Environment</h3>Premier Bone & Joint Centers is one of the regions leading orthopedic and musculoskeletal practices, providing comprehensive care across multiple specialties.
