Responsibilities: - Ensures quality and patient safety through the execution of clinical model across markets and service lines - Manages key clinical and financial metrics including but not limited to PIs, CMP, case length, days to first recheck, Specialist Referral Rate and other disability management and referral pattern metrics delivered by Clinical Analytics, holding clinicians accountable - Monitors and coaches clinical outcomes and intervenes in outlier cases - Maintains clinical proficiencies in patient care and EMR/PM systems to support the ability to coach and fill in as needed.
