Lead the strategic planning process for the Service Line growth and operational initiatives --including clinical pathways and business priorities -- in collaboration with the service line administrative Executive Director, regional physician leaders, and departmental administration Establish and lead service line governance in partnership with the Executive Director, including a structure of regional medical directors that enables consistent escalation, delegated decision-making, and accountability across the network. Reports to the Dean of the Medical College and works closely with department Chairs and RUMC Strategic Planning in partnership with the Executive Director in developing the annual board report, budgetary volume projections, and new strategic growth initiatives, including selection and implementation of new technology and recruitment of faculty.
