Collaborating with a multidisciplinary staff to best administer patient care, admitting patients needing hospital-level care including ED boarders when necessary, daily rounding on all admitted patients, safe discharge or transfer of patients with appropriate disposition, medical management of all patients under your care, appropriate documentation of and billing for said care, supervision of resident physicians and medical students when present, supervision of outpatient infusion services, leadership of inpatient staff including leading weekday multidisciplinary rounds.
