The APP team cares for a wide range of high-acuity patients including pre- and post-operative pediatric cardiac surgical patients, high-risk single ventricle physiology, open chest management, arrhythmia management, vasopressor support, external and internal pacemakers, VA/VV ECMO, and CRRT. · Required completion of an ARC-PA approved Physician Assistant program, an active New York State Physician Assistant licensure in good standing and current national certification as a Physician Assistant by NCCPA (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants).
