The duties of a Family Medicine Physician Assistant (PA) Mid- level provider include, but are not limited to, providing accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, consultation, education and follow-up care to patients ranging in age from infancy to geriatric; proper maintenance of records, under the direction of the Supervisory Physician and any other reasonable and proper duties assigned. Demonstrated ability to work in a teambased model with physicians, nurses, behavioral health providers, pharmacists and care coordinators.
