OverviewAnsible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting Primary Care Physicians to deliver on-site outpatient primary care within a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) at the Montevideo Community Based Outpatient Clinic (MCBOC). The address of the facility is 814 N. 11th St, Montevideo, MN 56265.The schedule is typically Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm. To address these challenges, we employ intelligent and committed staff who take care of our customers’ success as if it is their own.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide comprehensive primary care (preventive, acute, chronic disease management).</li><li>Conduct physical exams, screenings, immunizations, and health counseling.</li><li>Diagnose and manage chronic conditions (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia).</li><li>Evaluate and treat acute conditions (e.g., respiratory issues, joint pain, skin conditions).</li><li>Manage mental health concerns within scope of practice.</li><li>Provide timely patient consultations and coordinate referrals.</li><li>Follow all VA medication policies; no sample medications allowed.</li><li>Communicate test results per VA standards (VHA Directive 1088). </li><li>Provide discharge education and follow‑up planning.</li><li>Document all encounters in CPRS/EHR within required timelines (same‑day or ≤2 business days). </li><li>Be present and on time for all scheduled clinics.</li><li>Assess walk‑in patients as required by PACT responsibilities.</li><li>Maintain compliance with patient safety, infection control, and VA care standards.</li><li>Participate in Quality Improvement (QI) and committee meetings.</li><li>Complete QA documentation and required clinical paperwork.</li><li>Ensure accurate medical record documentation and coding (E&M).</li><li>Report patient safety incidents within 24 hours.</li><li>Support customer service processes and escalate concerns appropriately.</li><li>Follow all VA policies related to privacy, HIPAA, and security.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine</li><li>Active, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia</li><li>Current BLS and ACLs through the American Heart Association</li><li>NPI report printout</li><li>Active DEA license</li><li>Has and maintains current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification </li><li>Must be able to pass a federal background investigation</li><li>No sponsorship available </li></ul>All candidates must be able to:<ul><li>Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift</li><li>Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist</li><li>Lift up to 20 lbs</li><li>Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance</li><li>Push/pull with 30 lbs of force</li></ul>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
