This role requires disciplined adherence to company policies, manufacturer procedures, and all applicable regulatory requirements, while actively leading Safety Management System (SMS) practices, identifying and mitigating operational risk, and fostering a culture of professionalism, communication, and continuous safety improvement among the flight crew. Valid passport and any required travel documents allowing unrestricted international travel, including the ability to exit and re‑enter the United States, and legal authorization to work in the U.S. International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) English Language Proficiency.
