As a Hospice Medical Social Worker for Interim HealthCare®, you’ll work closely with patients and families facing end-of-life challenges, providing counseling, emotional support, resource coordination and guidance to help them navigate this important stage of life. Help patients and families navigate end-of-life decisions, including advance directives, durable power of attorney, funeral arrangements and other financial, legal and healthcare matters.
