High School diploma or GED; supplemented by two (2) years experience in the construction, repair, and/or maintenance of pipelines, preferably in a utility system; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job. Operates or uses various equipment, power tools, hand tools, and supplies in order to complete work assignments; operates and maintains, mini excavator, pipe cut-off saw, probe rod, pipes and fittings, shovels, etc.
