Work Environment/Safety : Primarily field-based in commercial/industrial settings (indoor/outdoor, mechanical rooms, rooftops, varying weather); exposure to noise, dust, heights, welding hazards, chemicals, and confined-space risks; must adhere to OSHA regulations, conduct hazard identification, and wear required PPE (hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, harnesses, steel-toed boots) at all times—safety is our top priority and non-negotiable. As a Pipefitter (Levels II - IV), you'll play a critical role in commercial mechanical service and installation, progressing from mid-level assistance to master-level expertise in wet-side piping systems (hydronic heating, chilled water, steam, boilers, chillers, process piping) for buildings, hospitals, schools, and industrial facilities nationwide.
