The welder welds together metal components of products such as Drilling Rigs, pipelines, pre-fabricated risers, vehicles, and heavy equipment with (SMAW) Shield Metal Arc Welding or (GTAW) Gas Tungsten Arc Welding, (GMAW) Gas Metal Arc Welding, Oxy-acetylene welding. Welding: Manually guides electrode or gun along beveled or fillet edge, maintaining length of arc and speed to form specified depth of fusion, width, and convex of weld on welded fixture, visually judged by color of base metal i.e. stainless, sound of weld, and size of molten puddle.
