Develop, coordinate, and maintain key performance indicators, dashboards, and preventative and corrective maintenance schedules for all facility systems in production and support environments, including HVAC, boilers, chillers, hydronic loops, VAVs, compressors, dryers, exhaust systems, and specialized lab equipment. You will play a key role in supporting safe, efficient, and compliant operations within highly specialized laboratory environments, contributing directly to research productivity and facility excellence.
