This hands-on role owns end-to-end support and continuous improvement across UKG, including system configuration, reporting and analytics, workflows and automations, integrations, security, testing, releases, and production support. Configure and support UKG modules and business processes, including employee data, organizational structures, timekeeping, scheduling, absence, payroll-related processes, and employee and manager self-service, as applicable.
