You''ll act as the primary People partner to our Chief Product Officer, Chief Technical Officer, Chief Information Security Officer, VP of Technical Support, and VP of Design, advising these leaders on organizational design, talent strategy, workforce planning, and people-related decision-making. Diversity and inclusion programs that promote employee resource groups like Outreach Women''s Network, Latinx community, Outreach Black Connection, AAPI community, Pride/LGBTQIA+, Gender+, Disability Community, and Veterans/Military.
