The Senior Manufacturing Engineer leads manufacturing process improvements, supports production programs, transitions engineering development into manufacturing, and provides technical leadership and support across quality, program management, and production teams to ensure product reliability, cost, throughput, and manufacturability. Serve as the engineering lead for cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Program Management, and Production, to identify and eliminate risks, bottlenecks, and significantly enhance product reliability and throughput.
