This hands-on leadership role oversees wellfield optimization strategy, landfill interface coordination, advanced troubleshooting, and technician development while ensuring maximum methane recovery, compliance, and operational excellence. Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for critical equipment, including wellfield, GCCS equipment, plant compressors, blowers, PSA and membrane systems, analyzers, and gas conditioning units.
