Execute and manage all aspects of approved capital projects including engineering design, procurement, and generation of purchase orders, contractor work package development, building permit applications, health and safety plans for construction, construction coordination, startup and commissioning, managing project costs and project schedules. Specific duties will include items such as interacting with the plant personnel, gathering information, developing, and costing conceptual solutions, detailed design, safety design, developing project justifications and cost estimates, schedule development, and cost management.
