The Team Leader will maintain a department vacation schedule, ensuring that department is properly staffed during vacation by utilizing members from other departments and controlling over-time; handles departmental member disciplinary action (1st and 2nd member reminders) and informs the Plant Manager of all disciplinary action.li>Coordinates access to the equipment/ systems; works with departments heads to facilitates repairs that affect their departments to insure minimum disruption of services; schedules work and obtains work permits as necessary. | Under the direction of the medical center's Director of Facilities, the Plant Operations Manager manages the maintenance, preventive maintenance, testing, and operation of all plant equipment and utility systems and their distribution. |
