Work is performed indoors and outdoors at MPS facilities; requires constant physical efforts; may be exposed to safety hazards and dangerous tools and equipment; safety precautions must be followed including the use of safety equipment; a job in this category may require walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and ability to frequently lift and move items weighing up to 60 pounds. Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following: Maintain building interior by washing, dusting, and cleaning mirrors and fixtures; washing windows, counters, and walls; sweeping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and waxing floors; cleaning and supplying lavatories; replacing light bulbs.
