Procure and manage the requisition, submittal approval, fabrication, delivery, and storage of mechanical equipment and materials, including piping, valves, fixtures, pumps, boilers, heating equipment, ventilation equipment, controls, and related components needed for timely and efficient project completion. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical construction projects, working closely with the Estimator, Superintendent, Health, Safety, and Environmental personnel, Project Engineers, and Foremen to plan, organize, and direct activities that ensure the successful completion of the project.
