Position Description : Operator I performs hands-on production duties that include operating and inspecting production facility equipment, unloading trucks, operating a forklift and other equipment, packaging and palletizing products, and completing general facility and grounds cleaning and maintenance. Responsibilities vary by position level and may include equipment operation and inspection, set-up/start-up, monitoring, troubleshooting, quality checks, material handling, packaging, facility cleaning and maintenance, and operation of forklifts and other equipment.
