Regulatory Sr Attorney leads SCE regarding regulatory and enforcement agencies, including the California Public Utilities Commission and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on complex legal matters, including the drafting and preparing of regulatory filings, testimonies and reports and advocating company positions at hearings. + Develops SCE's legal strategy to select, retain, manage and evaluate effective outside counsel Guides corporate policy on regulation development, business processes, safety, ethics and compliance, operational efficiency, future business models, with business acumen, creativity, and legal expertise.
