Work Environment/Safety: Primarily field-based in commercial/industrial settings (indoor/outdoor, varying weather conditions, retrofit sites); exposure to noise, dust, heights, sharp materials, and mechanical hazards; must strictly adhere to OSHA regulations, conduct hazard identification, and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, harnesses, and steel-toed boots at all times-safety is our top priority and non-negotiable. As a Service Retrofit Sheet Metal Installer III, you'll operate as a senior/journeyman-level expert in commercial HVAC retrofit and sheet metal service, independently managing complex ductwork modifications, repairs, installations, and system integrations in office buildings, hospitals, schools, retail spaces, and industrial facilities.
