Frequent needs to: climb, crawl, push, pull, lift, stoop, crouch, kneel, crawl, speak, hear, visually inspect work, rotate arms at various angles, reach overhead, reach at or below shoulder level, gross, fine manipulation to operate hand and power tools, etc. Education and Experience: At least 1+ year(s) Tig Aluminum experience, preferably in the boating industry, or completion of a formal apprenticeship OR successful completion of an in-company, three-year training program required.
