This individual shall provide the proper installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement as approved and necessary of all plumbing, potable and non-potable water, heating, gas, steam, hot water and chilled water systems, and their associated equipment and components, fittings, and piping. Typical duties include but are not limited to: Maintain, repair, install, inspect, remove, replace, and modify all plumbing equipment and components for water, sewer, swimming pools, inert gas, natural gas, air vacuum, compressed air systems, steam, and POL equipment.
