Perform Residential Plumbing Repairs & Maintenance Handle a wide range of services including toilet repairs, faucet installations, water heater replacements, and general plumbing repairs.
This role supports a broad range of building systems-including hydronic heating/cooling, pumps, boilers, mechanical equipment, and piping systems for the Operations and Maintenance of City-owned properties within the Asset Management portfolio at NYCEDC, specifically the Brooklyn Army Terminal Campus in Brooklyn NY and other properties as assigned within the EDC portfolio. We take a comprehensive approach, through four main strategies: strengthen confidence in NYC as a great place to do business; grow innovative sectors, with a focus on equity; build neighborhoods as places to live, learn, work, and play; and deliver sustainable infrastructure for communities and the city's future economy.
