This is not a Civil Service Examination.\n\n Repairs, replaces, and maintains all types of plumbing within or on City property (e.g., water, waste, gas and vent lines, restroom facilities, drinking fountains, fire lines, chemical lines, swimming pools, Solar Hot Water Systems, etc.) according to the rules and regulations of the Allegheny County Plumbing Code.\n Responds to plumbing emergencies involving problems with gas, water, compressed air, chlorine lines, sewer, waste and water supply emergencies.\n Eligible applicants must possess one of the following combinations of education and work experience:\n 5 years of full-time professional experience as a Plumber\n - OR -\n \n\n Allegheny County Journeyman Plumber License\n - OR -\n \n\n Allegheny County Master Plumber License\n - OR -\n \n\n A combination of education/training and work experience greater than or equal to five years.
